Cancellation Right

• You have 30 days to cancel your order without giving a reason.
• The cancellation period starts from the day you or a designated third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.

How to Cancel

Refund Process

• We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
• Refunds will be processed using your original payment method at no additional fee.

Return Conditions

Goods are eligible for return if:

• Purchased within the last 30 days
• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized goods
• Perishable items or those with short expiry dates
• Unsealed goods unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons
• Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Returning Process

• You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
• We recommend using an insured, trackable mail service.

• Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of goods or proof of return delivery.

Gift Returns

• If marked as a gift at purchase: You’ll receive a gift credit.
• If not marked as a gift: Refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
